HL Deb 01 December 1953 vol 184 c861

Order of the Day for the Third Reading read.

LORD LLOYD

My Lords, at this excessively late hour, I do not think I need say a great deal about this Bill. It has been sufficiently discussed and all have agreed that fundamentally it is a good measure. Therefore, I beg to move that the Bill be now read a third time.

Moved, That the Bill be now read 3a. —(Lord Lloyd.)

On Question, Bill read 3a; Amendments (privilege) made; Bill passed, and sent to the Commons.
