§ EARL FORTESCUEMy Lords, with the leave of the House, I should like to make a short statement on the Business for to-day and to-morrow. As your Lordships will have seen, there is a very long list of speakers to-day, which has been arranged in order that we shall rise soon after luncheon tomorrow. After consultation through the usual channels. we propose to adjourn at about 7.15 p.m. to-day for an hour and a quarter. Tomorrow the House meets at eleven o'clock. There will be no Royal Commission, and the continuation of the debate on Central African federation will be taken as first Order.
