§ Moved, That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty under subparagraph (3) of paragraph 4 of the First Schedule to the Registered Designs Act, 1949, praying that the Registered Designs (Extension of Period of Emergency) Order. 1952, reported from the Special 512 Orders Committee on the 12th instant be made in the form of the draft laid before Parliament on 4th November.—(The Lord Chancellor.)
