§ EARL JOWITTMy Lords, I beg to ask Her Majesty's Government the Question of which I have given private notice. The Question is as follows: To ask Her Majesty's Government when the first stamps of the new reign will be on sale at post offices.
§ THE POSTMASTER GENERAL (EARL DE LA WARR)My Lords, the 2½d and 1½d. stamps of the new reign will be on sale at post offices on December 5. Stamps of the current issue will continue on sale concurrently until stocks are exhausted.
