My Lords, I beg to move, also, the Motion which stands in my name in respect of this Committee.

Moved, That a Select Committee be appointed to consider any proposals for alterations in the procedure of this House which may arise from time to time, and whether the Standing Orders do or do not require to be altered to effect such alterations and that the Lords following, with the Lord Chancellor and the Chairman of Committees, be named of the Select Committee:
