My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations, Lord Salisbury, I beg leave to introduce a Bill to extend the powers of the Irish Sailors and Soldiers Land Trust to sell cottages provided for the purposes of the Trust; and to move that this Bill be read a first lime.
