My Lords, may I intervene for a minute to inform the House that my noble friend Lord Reading will intervene between 3.45 p.m. and 4 p.m. in order to acquaint your Lordships with the terms of a Statement on British business interests in China which my right honourable friend the Foreign Secretary will be making in another place at the same time this afternoon?
