As the debate on the Motion moved by the noble and gallant Earl, Lord Cork, has taken rather longer than expected, it has been necessary to make changes. It has been agreed through the usual channels that the opening of the Transport debate shall be postponed until to-morrow, when the whole day will be devoted to it. The remaining business has been postponed until Tuesday next, including the Second Reading of the Empire Settlement Bill.
