My Lords, I beg to move the Motion standing in the name of my noble friend the Leader of the House.

Moved, In the event of a Message being received from the Commons that they have passed the Consolidated Fund (No. 2) Bill, that Standing Orders Nos. XXI and XXXIX be considered in order to their being dispensed with for the purpose of giving the Bill precedence over the other Notices and Orders of the Day and of passing the Bill through all its stages.—(Viscount Swinton.)
