My Lords, I beg to move the Motion standing in my name on the Order Paper.

Moved, That Standing Orders Nos. XXI and XXXIX be considered in order to their being dispensed with for the purpose of giving to the Committee stage of the Agriculture (Fertilisers) Bill precedence over the other Notices and Orders of the Day, and in order to take the Bill through its remaining stages.—(The Marquess of Salisbury.)
