THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR COMMONWEALTH RELATIONS (THE MARQUESS OF SALISBURY)

My Lords, I beg to move the Motion standing in my name.

Moved, That leave be given to the Lord Crook to advance his Motion as set out below, heretofore standing for 2nd July, to this day.—(The Marquess of Salisbury.)

LORD OGMORE

My Lords, I should like to express my gratitude to the noble Marquess the Leader of the House for readily agreeing that my Motion should be postponed from to-day to July 2. The ready acceptance by the noble Marquess of my request has been of great assistance to me. I should also like to thank my noble friend Lord Crook for agreeing to have his Motion discussed to-day instead of on July 2, as originally contemplated.

On Question, Motion agreed to and ordered accordingly.
