My Lords, I have it in command from Her Majesty to signify to the House that Her Majesty, having been informed of the subject matter of the Civil List Bill so far as it relates to the Duchy of Cornwall, recommends it to the consideration of the House. In accordance with precedent, I beg to move formally that this Bill be read a second time.
