My Lords, I rise for a moment to inform your Lordships that, with the leave of the House, we shall interrupt the Business this afternoon at some convenient point, about a quarter to four, in order that my noble friend the Leader of the House may make known to your Lordships the terms of a Statement on Egypt which is to be made by the Foreign Secretary in another place after Question Time.
