THE CHANCELLOR OF THE DUCHY OF LANCASTER (VISCOUNT SWINTON)

My Lords, I beg leave to introduce a Bill to provide for carrying into effect Agreements with certain foreign Governments with respect to contracts of insurance and reinsurance made by persons who subsequently became enemies; and to move that this Bill be read a first time.
