THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR AIR (LORD DE L'ISLE AND DUDLEY)

My Lords, the object of this Order in Council is to extend the provisions of the Reserve and Auxiliary Forces (Training) Act, 1951, to the year 1952. Unless noble Lords wish to discuss it in detail, I propose to move it as a formal matter. I beg to move.

Moved, That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty praying that the Reserve and Auxiliary Forces (Training) Act Extension Order, 1952, be made in the form of the Draft laid before Parliament.—(Lord De L'Isle and Dudley.)

On Question, Motion agreed to, the said Address to be presented to Her Majesty by the Lords with the White Staves.
