THE LORD PRIVY SEAL (THE MARQUESS OF SALISBURY)

My Lords, before we proceed to the Business of the day, I should say that I understand that there are a number of Peers who wish to take the Oath. Peers who wish to speak on the Address and who have not yet taken the Oath should do so now. Arrangements are being made for others to do so after the return of noble Lords from Westminster Hall and before the Adjournment of the House.

The Lord Archbishop of York—Took the Oath.
