§ THE MARQUESS OF SALISBURYMy Lords, I beg to move that a Message of Condolence be sent to Her Majesty, the Queen Mother.
§ Moved, That a Message of Condolence be conveyed to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother:
§ Tendering to Her Majesty the deep sympathy of this House in Her bereavement;
§ Assuring Her Majesty that this House shares Her sorrow in the irreparable loss which Her Majesty and the nation have sustained by the death of our beloved King, Her Husband; and
§ Expressing to Her Majesty the reverence and affection in which Her Majesty will ever be held by this House.—(The Marquess of Salisbury.)
