THE JOINT PARLIAMENTARY UNDER-SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE HOME DEPARTMENT (LORD LLOYD)My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend Lord Selkirk, I beg to move this Order. This is one of many similar Orders that have been moved in your Lordships' House. The procedure under the Schedule to the Sunday Entertainments Act, 1932, has been complied with, and I do not think I need say anything particular about this Order. I beg to move.
§ Moved, That the Order made by the Secretary of State for the Home Department, extending section one of the Sunday Entertainments Act, 1932, to the Rural District of Southwell, a copy of which Order was laid before this House on 16th December, be approved.—(Lord Lloyd.)
