HL Deb 17 December 1952 vol 179 c1060

3.35 p.m.

VISCOUNT SWINTON

My Lords, perhaps the House will permit me to intervene for a moment to make a similar statement to one which is now being made in another place. I am glad to be able to inform the House that, after consultation between the Prime Ministers of members of the Commonwealth, and in accordance with precedent, it has been agreed that a meeting of Commonwealth Prime Ministers should be held in London immediately after the Coronation next year.
