VISCOUNT STANSGATE

My Lords, I beg leave to ask Her Majesty's Government the Question of which I have given private notice—namely, whether arrangements will be made to enable members of this House to meet the Governor of Kenya during his visit to this country, in accordance with the undertaking given by the Colonial Secretary to Members of another place.

THE PARLIAMENTARY UNDER-SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE COLONIES (THE EARL OF MUNSTER)

My Lords, my right honourable friend the Colonial Secretary will ask the Governor of Kenya, as soon as he arrives in this country to-morrow, whether he will be prepared, as my right honourable friend hopes he will, to meet members of both Houses of Parliament, under the auspices of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association.

VISCOUNT STANSGATE

I am very much obliged to the noble Earl.
