§ To ask Her Majesty's Government what was the total issue of Postal Orders in their main denominations for the year 1951.]
§ THE POSTMASTER-GENERAL (EARL DE LA WARR)My Lords, the total issue of postal orders for the year 1951 was about 500,000,000. As the information required about the main denominations is lengthy, I will, with the noble Lord's permission, circulate the figures in the OFFICIAL REPORT.
