§ THE EARL OF SELKIRK
My Lords, these Regulations are for exactly the same purpose as the Regulations we have just approved. They are formulated to meet the necessary requirements of the police organisation in Scotland. I beg to move that the Regulations be approved.
§ Moved, That the Draft Civil Defence (Police) (Scotland) Regulations, 1952, reported from the Special Orders Committee on the 26th of March last, be approved.—(The Earl of Selkirk.)
§ THE EARL OF LUCAN
My Lords, on behalf of my noble friends, I should like to say that we support these Regulations.
§ On Question, Motion agreed to.
