My Lords, I desire to make a statement concerning the business of the House. With your Lordships' permission, my noble friend the Minister of Civil Aviation will interrupt the debate at a convenient time between 3.45 and 4 o'clock in order to make a Statement on closer association in Central Africa. This Statement is to coincide with a similar Statement by the Colonial Secretary in another place.
