My Lords, I beg leave to make a brief statement on behalf of my noble friend the Chief Whip, who is detained, to inform the House that it is proposed to interrupt our business at a convenient point between 3.45 and 4 p.m. in order to enable a Statement on operations in Korea which is being made in another place by the Minister of Defence to be communicated to this House by my noble friend the First Lord of the Admiralty, Lord Pakenham.
