LORD LLOYDMy Lords, these Regulations are on all fours with the Regulations which your Lordships have just been discussing, with the exception of a few minor matters and differences made necessary to adapt the Regulations to Scotland. I do not think I need say any more. I beg to move that these Regulations be approved.
