My Lords, in order to enable us to take the Appropriation Bill through all its stages and return it to another place in time for the Royal Commission, which is expected to sit at half past five this afternoon, it will be necessary, with your Lordships' permission, to interrupt our proceedings at a convenient time, in order to receive the Commons Message and to deal with it forthwith.
