My Lords, I beg leave to introduce a Bill to amend the Penicillin Act, 1947, for the purpose of enabling penicillin and certain other sub-stances and preparations to be sold or supplied to, and administered on board, merchant ships. I beg to move that the Bill be now read a first time.
