My Lords, I have the honour to present two Messages from the King, signed with his own hand. They are as follows:

"I have received your Address praying that the Summer Time Order, 1950, be made in the form of the draft laid before Parliament in pursuance of the provisions of Section 2 of the Summer Time Act, 1947. I will comply with your request."

"I have received your Address praying that there may be laid before your House Papers relating to the large number of crimes, accompanied by violence, occurring in large cities. I will give directions accordingly."
