HL Deb 15 June 1950 vol 167 c712
LORD DARWEN

My Lords, with regard to the Business this afternoon, I should like to inform the House that it has been arranged through the usual channels that our proceedings in Committee on the Public Utilities Street Works Bill shall be adjourned at approximately six o'clock, in order to enable the other Orders on the Paper to be proceeded with. We shall resume the Committee stage of the Public Utilities Street Works Bill on Tuesday next, after the Second Reading of the Coal Mining (Subsidence) Bill has been completed.
