§ LORD SHEPHERDMy Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in the said Amendments.
§ Moved, That this House do agree with the Commons in the said Amendments.—(Lord Shepherd.)
LORD CLYDESMUIRMy Lords, I wish to raise only one point, and there is no controversy involved. The two Amendments at page 55, line 11, relate to certain definitions of boundaries. As I raised the point in this House at an earlier stage on behalf of the Clyde Navigation Trust, I should like to acknowledge that in another place the points of view of this and other authorities have been fully met. There are six authorities concerned—first, the Clyde Navigation Trust and the Clyde Lighthouses Board; then, in the next 981 Amendment, the Leith Dock Commission and the Corporation of Edinburgh and further on there are the other two authorities, the Dundee Harbour Trust and the Corporation of Dundee. The result of discussions between these authorities has brought about an arrangement which is satisfactory and, as I raised the question originally, I should like to acknowledge that it has been met.
§ On Question, Motion agreed to.
