My Lords, I beg to move the Motion which stands on the Order Paper in the name of my noble friend the Leader of the House.

Moved, That Standing Order No. XXI be considered in order to its being dispensed with for the purpose of postponing the Order for the House to be put into Committee on the Coal Industry Bill until after the Second Reading of the Representation of the People Bill [H.L.].—(Lord Ammon.)
