My Lords, I beg to move that Standing Order 147 be dispensed with and that this Bill be read a third time.

Moved, That Standing Order 147 be considered in order to its being dispensed with in respect of the said Bill, and that the Bill be now read 3a.—(The Earl of Drogheda.)
