LORD SEMPILLMy Lords, in the debate last week on the status of Newfoundland, I gave notice at the time that I proposed to submit a Bill touching that matter. Therefore, I ask leave now to present this Bill entitled "Newfoundland (Liberation) Bill," a Bill to restore self-government to Newfoundland.
