§ LORD LLEWELLINMy Lords, the first Amendment is an alteration in the Title of the Bill. It makes very little difference. The Title ended up with "to making infants wards of court," and the Amendment makes it end in "to wards of court." Somebody in another place did not like the grammar of the words "to making infants wards of court." I beg to move that we agree with the Commons in the said Amendment.
