§ LORD WALKDENMy Lords, it will be to the general convenience of your Lordships if I take this opportunity of informing the House that it has been necessary to change the time of the meeting at which the Secretary of State for War is to address your Lordships in the Moses Room this afternoon. Instead of 3.40 p.m. or 3.45 p.m., as originally arranged, the meeting will take place at 4.15 p.m. The Secretary of State apologises for the unavoidable change, and hopes that the new hour will prove convenient.
