My Lords, I beg to move the Motion that stands on the Order Paper in my name.

Moved, That Standing Orders Nos. XXI and XXXIX be considered in order to their being dispensed with for the purpose of giving precedence to the Motor Spirit (Regulation) Bill over the other Notices and Orders of the Day, and in order to take the Bill through its remaining stages.—(Viscount Addison.)
