Clause 37, page 26, line 17, at end insert— ("(5) Nothing in any of the provisions mentioned in section thirty-five of this Act shall apply in relation to a child on whom a requirement as to residence is imposed by a supervision order or probation order.")

My Lords, the purpose of the new subsection (5) is to exempt from the child life protection provisions children who are the subject of a probation or supervision order containing a condition as to residence. I beg to move that this House do agree with the Commons in the said Amendment.
