My Lords, perhaps I might be allowed by the House to intervene in order to make the statement that was referred to earlier on. It is to this effect:

From reports received there is a good prospect of a general resumption of work to-morrow. Regulations have been drafted. If it is still found necessary to make them, they will be made to-morrow.
