THE JOINT PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY, MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND FISHERIES (THE EARL OF HUNTINGDON)

My Lords, I beg to move that this Bill be given a Second Reading. It is a measure to consolidate the Agricultural Holdings Act of 1923, Part III of the Agriculture Act of 1947, and certain other enactments relating to agricultural holdings. It does not change the existing law in any way. I beg to move that this Bill be now read a Second time.
