First Schedule, page 18, line 25, at end insert— ("Provided that, without: prejudice to the foregoing paragraphs of this Part of this Schedule, nothing in sub-paragraphs (a) to (e) of this paragraph shall authorise the performance of any operation by a person under the age of eighteen").

THE EARL OF HUNTINGDON

This Amendment ensures that a person under the age of eighteen will not be allowed to carry out operations. I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in the said Amendment.
