My Lords, all the Amendments that appear on the Marshalled List have been proposed by the Joint Committee on Consolidation Bills. With your Lordships' permission, I propose to follow the usual course and to put the Question on them all together. In the second Amendment, at page 8, line 26, there is a redundant word "is" which should be deleted. I move, that the Amendments proposed by the Joint Committee on Consolidation Bills be made.
