My Lords, I beg to move the Motion that stands first on the Order Paper. I think your Lordships will agree that it is in accordance with the understanding previously reached.

Moved, That Standing Order No. XXI be suspended for this day's sitting; and that the Order for the Third Reading of the Requisitioned Land and War Works Bill have precedence of the other Notices and Orders of the Day.—(Viscount Addison.)
