LORD STRABOLGI had given Notice that he would ask His Majesty's Government, why it is necessary for aircraft to fly at low altitudes over the Western parts of London in the small hours of the morning. The noble Lord said: My Lords, at the request of my noble friend the Minister of Civil Aviation I desire to postpone this question until to-morrow.
