My Lords, I beg leave to introduce a Bill to make provision for the registration as medical practitioners or as pharmacists of certain persons having qualifications other than the United Kingdom qualifications required by the Medical Acts and the Pharmacy Acts, and to repeal certain provisions as to pharmacists in that behalf; and to move that the Bill be read a first time.
