My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend the Earl of Huntingdon, I beg leave to present a Bill to provide for establishing river boards and for conferring on or transferring to such boards functions relating to land drainage, fisheries and river pollution, and certain other functions, and for purposes connected with the matters aforesaid. I move that the Bill be read a first time.
