My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend the Leader of the House, I beg to move the Amendment standing in his name.

Moved, That Standing Order No. XXI be considered in order to its being dispensed with for the purpose of giving precedence to the consideration of the Commons Amendments to the Foreign Marriage Bill over the other Notices and Orders of the Day.—(Lord Ammon.)
