THE UNDER-SECRETARY OF STATE FOR WAR (LORD PAKENHAM)My Lords, 346 it is hoped that full particulars of the reconstruction of the Territorial Army and terms and conditions of service for officers and men will be ready for publication in the very near future. They will be issued first to the Territorial Associations and Commanding Officers and subsequently on a wider basis. Copies will be placed in the library as soon as they are ready.
