My Lords, I beg to move the Motion that stands in my name.

Moved, That Standing Order No. XXI be considered in order to it being suspended for this day's sitting for the purpose of giving precedence over other Notices and Orders of the Day to the Third Readings of the Treaties of Peace (Italy, Roumania, Bulgaria, Hungary and Finland) Bill, and the Naval Forces (Enforcement of Maintenance Liabilities) Bill.—(Viscount Addison.)
