Moved, That Standing Orders Nos. XXI and XXXIX be considered in order to their being suspended for this day's sitting for the purpose of giving precedence over other Notices and Orders of the Day to the Report Stage of the Army and Air Force (Annual) Bill, and in order to take the Bill through its remaining Stages.—(Viscount Addison.)
