§ LORD AMMONMy Lords, before we resume the Committee stage on the National Health Service Bill I should like to inform your Lordships that on Wednesday afternoon next Viscount Mountbatten of Burma will be introduced and there is a very full programme of business in prospect. We propose, therefore, to ask your Lordships to meet at two o'clock that afternoon instead of at the customary time of half-past two.
